No matter the root cause of a person’s anxiety, depression or grief, it can affect a person’s daily life.
In my 13 years of experience in social work, each case is unique. For every case, therapy is not a one-size fits all. I am a single parent and I am aware of the many obstacles that can block a person's life.
I completed my Master’s degree in Social Work at California State University, Fresno. I now hold a license in clinical social work. Since, I have had the privilege to work with adults, families and the elderly.
My treatment methods include: Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Brief Solution Focused Therapy, and adjust approaches as needed.

My experience includes working with loss, domestic violence, family conflict, relationships, self-esteem, depression, and anxiety.
