Dana

MEET

Dana has a client centered approach to therapy, always non-judgmental with unconditional positive regard. She believes that each person’s truth should guide their lives and when a snag comes into their progress therapy will assist with continuing the journey to a positive and fulfilling outcome. Dana uses a humanistic approach, focusing on aspects of mindfulness, family-systems, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, while keeping careful consideration of cultural concerns and practices. 

 

Dana has experience working with women, children, teens and families who are working through divorce, child custody (co-parenting) issues, depression, anxiety, parental discord and just needing support to continue on your path.

 

Dana is a dog lover and owns a German shepherd pit bull mix named Oreo.

 

Dana looks forward to walking along side of you as you embrace this mental wellness journey.  

 

 

Dana is a registered Associate Marriage & Family Therapist, with the California Board of Behavioral Services (BBS.CA.GOV); she has earned a Master of Arts in Psychology and is currently working toward licensure. Weekly clinical supervision is provided by Joelle Stallsmith, MS LMFT.
