My name is Lynnel Wells, and I am a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist. I received my master’s degree in Counseling/Psychology from Holy Names University in Oakland. I have been working with individuals, couples, and families since 2015.

I specialize in sexual education, monogamous and polyamorous relationship work, gender/orientation understanding, harm-reduction, drug misuse disorders, and working therapeutically with people who have developmental disabilities.

It was my own personal journey in therapy, the subsequent healing, and my commitment to living a better, happier, and more fulfilled life, that led me to a career dedicated to helping others to seek passion, joy, and personal fulfillment.

I believe you are the expert, and you know where you’ve been, what you need, and what you want; you simply may not have found it yet. My job is to help you find those undiscovered parts of yourself.
