MEET
I have worked in clinic settings, residential programs, and shelters in the Bay Area since 2003 (21 Years), earned my Master of Social Work at San Jose State University in 2008, and have been licensed as a Clinical Social Worker since 2015. I hold a special place in my heart for trauma healing work and am trained in and love to work with EMDR and EFT which have been life-changing in my own healing journey. I am passionate about interventions and modalities which are neuroscience-informed and focused on your strengths and resilience. I especially love learning and practicing what works for you in sessions so that you can then take and practice your healing out in the world. I will approach our work together with curiosity, love, imagination, and sense of humor. I will show up as my genuine self and hope to create a safe-enough space where you can do the same.
